As a Project Lead at Radyus Research, Dr. Siciliano drives the strategic execution of preclinical development programs, including pre-IND and IND projects. He partners closely with clients, internal teams, and external collaborators to advance scientific, regulatory, and operational milestones. Additionally, he leads targeted software implementation initiatives that streamline client workflows and improve project tracking.

He earned his PhD in Pharmacology from Emory University. Before joining Radyus, Benjamin advised academic spinout biotech startups on commercialization strategy and technical diligence.
